What is LearnToChangeYourLife.com?
This is a membership website intended to help its members learn to make a positive change in their lives through monthly interviews with industry experts and downloads of self help programs such as "Successful Life Strategies to Capitalize on Change" as taught by Lee Milteer. Lee Milteer is one of the industry's leading human potential speakers and productivity coaches. She is president of Lee Milteer Inc., Career Development Strategists and has won many awards for her work, including a doctorate in motivational theory from Commonwealth College, the "Rising Star Award" by General Cassette Corporation, and the Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year from the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Her course includes a complete 34-page workbook and six hours of audio on six CD's designed to help you follow easy step-by-step instructions to make the positive changes that you've been meaning to make.

I know very little about the internet, or computers, or any of that. How does this all work?
Don't worry. It's very simple. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your login name and password, and your login instructions. Once inside the member's area, you will see links to the various pages that provide you with access to the interviews forum and downloads.

There is a complete set of instructions on the download page. While you're there, make sure to save the files onto your computer before running them. This will work much better than trying to run them from the download page. There are instructions for this on the download page as well. We recommend you print out the workbook and burn the audio files onto some CD's so that you have permanent hard copies of everything in this course. If you're still having trouble downloading everything, then please contact us at the e-mail address below, and we will help you figure out the problem.


Ordering questions

How can I order the product - what payment methods do you accept?
Our orders are handled by Clickbank.com - a trusted, secure payment provider. Clickbank accepts several payment options including Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB. We can also accept manual payments by Paypal and international money orders (on request - please contact us first through the support e-mail address at the bottom of the page).

I received an error when attempting to join. What do I do?
If you receive an error or any kind of problem when attempting to order, please contact us by the e-mail address at the bottom of the page. We will respond as quickly as possible.


Post order questions

How can I arrange for a refund?
Refunds can be provided at any time during the first 60 days after your purchase. We do our best to ensure that the program will work for you, and do our best to provide after sales support. We're always here to help. If it is the case that our program is not for you, then contact us via the support e-mail address below with your receipt number and full name, and we will process the refund.

I didn't receive access instructions when I ordered. What can I do?
When you join the member's area, you will get an email with your login name and password, and a link to your login page. You will also receive an email with an invoice from clickbank, our payment provider. If you have not received these emails, there is a very good chance that your order was not processed and you should attempt a second time. If the problem persists, or you are sure you ordered but did not receive access instructions, please contact us at the e-mail address below and we will respond as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours.

I can't seem to open any of the downloadable files. What can I do?
Make sure that you chose to save them to your computer, rather than trying to run them from the download page. Remember the folder that you saved them to, and open them from there. That usually answers the problem. If you still can't get it to work, then contact us at the support e-mail address listed below and we will help you figure out the problem. We will make sure you get your full "Successful Life Strategies" course.
